Caledonia is a Barclay well tank steam engine built in 1931 and used at the Dinorwic slate quarries. She came to Hollycombe in 1968.

Caledonia is an 0-4-0WT loco, built in 1931 Andrew Barclay at the Caledonia Works, Kilmarnock, for the Durham Water Board. She was later sold to the Dinorwic slate quarries and used mainly at Port Dinorwic until the quarry closed and was then acquired for Hollycombe in 1968.
Caledonia is currently out of service with her boiler currently at the Severn Valley Railway for repairs – a significant step towards this locomotive returning to use at Hollycombe.
