Open Days & Times

Open Sundays & Bank Holidays until 14th October, plus five days a week in August as below. Also some Saturdays on special event weekends.

Daily Openings

  • From 1st to 27th August 2012: Wednesdays to Sundays (including Bank Holiday Monday).

Open times:

  • 11.00-17.00 Daytime openings: Train rides from 12.00. Fairground rides from 13.00. Last admission 16.00.

Gift Aid

Standard admission prices INCLUDE a 10% voluntary donation which allows us to reclaim the tax on your admission through Gift Aid. If you are not a UK taxpayer, you may still make the donation, but we are unable to claim Gift Aid.

The Hollycombe Working Steam Museum is a Registered Charity (No. 1061693) and as such we can claim Gift Aid on your entry. This means that by agreeing to Gift Aid your entry when buying your ticket, we can claim an extra 25% of the value of your tickets from the government.

This will greatly assist us in maintaining the museum for you and future generations to enjoy.

Your Gift Aid donation will be used to carry on the work of the museum to keep these great steam-powered exhibits alive.
