Hollycombe is ideal for group visits with a wide range of activities for all ages. We offer discounted admission rates to pre-booked groups of 15 or more visitors. Just register then complete the form and provide a small deposit of £25 at least two weeks before your planned visit.

Group Booking Terms & Conditions
Pre-booked Group Visits to Hollycombe are admitted at reduced rates as detailed in the table on the form, provided the following conditions are met:
- A Group Booking Form is fully completed by the Group Organiser.
- A cheque for deposit of £25 made payable to HWSM must accompany the booking or the credit card authorisation completed.
- The balance of the booking cost will be payable in one transaction on the date of the group visit. Payment may be by Cash, Cheque (to HWSM) or Credit Card.
- The correctly completed booking form must be received at the Hollycombe Office at least two weeks prior to the planned visit.
- Numbers may be finalised on the day of the visit.
- The Group Organiser must present the acknowledgement slip on admission.
Any group not meeting the above conditions may be charged full admission rates on the day of the visit.
Hollycombe will acknowledge receipt of the booking and deposit by returning the acknowledgement slip at the foot of the booking form. Only at this point is the booking approved.
