The rides and facilities at Hollycombe are all run by a dedicated team of volunteers. If you would like to get involved and help us maintain and run this unique collection of working steam, we have a range of activities to suit whether you’re a budding or experienced engineer, like working with the public or want to try your hand at something new. Youth volunteering and Duke of Edinburgh volunteering is always welcomed. Hollycombe is lucky to benefit from many sets of parent and child volunteers. Empowering the youth by equipping them with lifelong skills and hands-on experience.
