Good turn out of Classics

The last Sunday in June – Midsummer's Day – was the day for Hollycombe's annual Bus Rally and an interesting selection of buses, old and new, turned out. In addition, a gathering of classic Triumph cars added to the occasion, while a handful of Teal (Bugatti replicas) joined us for a while as part of a weekend in the area.

The following Sunday saw a good turnout of classic (and valuable) Rolls Royce & Bentley cars assemble at Hollycombe for an enjoyable day out. Despite some indifferent weather at times, these wonderful cars put on a good show for Hollycombe's visitors and were even joined by a classic Bedford OB coach, all the way from the Isle of Wight, brought over for the second time this year by owner John Woodhams.

We are now looking forward to the visit on 15th July of more than 150 MG cars at the end of a run down from Leatherhead.
